Meet the Team
David Neuenschwander
David Neuenschwander, a native Houstonian, is founder and principal of Spry Capital.
After graduating with a B.B.A. in Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2006, he returned to the Woodlands area where he founded and now operates a nationwide Search Engine Optimization marketing company and has built and sold a number of other businesses as well.
In addition, David is also a seasoned real estate investor, purchasing his first investment property at just 19 years old. Over the last 18 years he’s bought, renovated, leased and sold more than 30 properties, both single and multifamily, and his current rental portfolio includes a mix of single family and commercial properties. He has experience self-managing properties as well as contracting third party management companies and he’s a member of the Houston Apartment Association, an affiliate of the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
David has volunteered with organizations benefiting the local homeless community including Hope Beyond Bridges and a number of soup kitchens. He currently serves as an elder at Risen Church North. David, his wife Jennifer and their 3 children reside in The Woodlands, TX.
Keith Ross
Keith Ross is the Founder and President of Dry Ground Capital. He is an Accredited and Sophisticated investor and has 17 years of investing experience. His primary focus is on Real Estate investing in multifamily properties that present excellent value add and hybrid-yield opportunities. Additionally, he participates in the niche of disruptive technologies and industry disruptors as an Angel/Seed Investor.
Keith also has 17 years of experience in the Technology industry and has worked at one of the largest Cloud Service companies in the world for 14 years. During this tenure, he has held executive leadership roles, including ~300 direct and indirect reports on teams located in our Central Texas offices, New Jersey, remote workers all around the United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Mexico, India, and Australia. Responsibilities consist of Global Linux Technical Support and complete ownership of the Global Linux footprint (product, administration, engineering, and automation) across a $1.5B+ run rate business, including many of the Fortune 100 and thousands of other companies.
Moreover, Keith is the site leader for the company’s 87,884 sq. ft. Austin site, which includes capacity for 565 employees and ~300 current occupants. The site has a full 24x7x365 security team, full maintenance and cleaning crew, and an office manager.
Keith has also served as a business advisory partner to multiple SMBs in San Antonio and Austin and previously founded an IT consulting and web services company with over 50 local SMBs as customers. During this time, his company consulted towing companies, which included designing a solution for a City of San Antonio RFP. His company also performed pro bono work for such organizations as Keep San Antonio Beautiful and the San Antonio Children’s Art Charity.
When he is not spending time with his wife, Megan, toddler son, and dog, he can be found reliably in one of two places: the lake or the woods.
